Spa Policies
Spa Arrival
Your time is precious. Your treatments begin exactly at your appointed time. Please make sure to fill out all your forms online prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At Blush and Glow Esthétiques, LLC, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Less than 24-hour notice will be subject to full payment charge for the services with your credit card on-file.
No-Show Policy
At Blush and Glow Esthétiques, LLC. we understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you fail to show up without notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
Late Policy
If you are 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charge you 50% of the service you missed.
Credit Card On-File
We will ask all clients with services priced over $50 to add a credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show, and late policies. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for services and product purchases.
Other Policies
It is Blush and Glow Esthétiques, LLC policy that no person under the age of 13 can receive any services at the spa. Ages 13 – 15 must have parental consent and have parent or guardian in the room at the time of the service. Ages 16 – 17 must have parent consent to receive services. *Some services required the client to be 18 years of age.
Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Parking
We have parking available on-site.
Product Returns
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any returns on products due to Covid-19.
Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Blush and Glow Esthétiques, LLC is committed to upholding the highest standards of infection and disease prevention, alongside all safety measures outlined by the CDC. Extra time has been allocated to ensure all surfaces and reusable items are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning products before and after each appointment. One-time use supplies will be treated as such and safely discarded after usage. These policies are put in place to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.
All Clients Are:
• Required to complete a COVID Pre-Screening Questionnaire the day before their appointment. Blush and Glow Esthétiques, LLC reserves the right to cancel appointments and/or refuse client entry to the clinic without a completed COVID questionnaire.
• Requested to arrive ALONE to minimize traffic within the spa unless you are accompanying a minor.
• Required to use the provided hand sanitizers upon entering the spa.
• Masks are required in the spa until the start time of your treatment. If you are accompanying a minor, you must wear your mask for the entirety of the client’s treatment. Should a client forget to bring their mask, a mask will be provided.
• Asked to refrain from using their cell phones during treatment.
Illness
Clients who are feeling unwell will be expected to cancel their appointment and notify Blush and Glow Esthétiques, LLC as soon as possible. This appointment can be cancelled/rescheduled with no penalty.
First Visit
All new clients are required to complete a client consultation form, COVID pre-screening form and consent form 1 day prior to the appointment. Clients booking a same-day treatment are also required to complete the above forms prior to the appointment. Failure to complete any of the documents will delay the start of the treatment and shorten treatment timing. All new clients are required to complete a full client consultation prior to the service to ensure the safest and most effective treatment and product plan.
